my training plans for the rest of the week
Now I lie down in my bed after 30 minutes evening workout on the crosstrainer. Although it was not so much training it felt good to get started anyway.
Thought to take this opportunity to update you about my training plans for the rest of the week.
Tomorrow I go to school 8-15, after that I trought I should have 1 - 1 ½ hours low-intensity stamina. Probably there will be a treadmill, cross trainer or / and bike and then proper stretching. A similar workout on Tuesday afternoon it will be for when I finish 14:50
Then Wednesday I have thought to run a strength workouts (whole body).
Then for rest of the week (Thurs-Sun) will probably only be walking, at least Saturday I'm going to nortälje where I do not have access to the gym. But it doesn't really bother me, just nice and cozy with long walks!
