Help your hair
1. Tangle teezer - Since switching from a regular brush, I have noticed a reduction in hair loss. This is safe to use on damp hair, too. The design makes it easy to use, even for the clumsiest of people! As London weather can be quite windy and rainy, the compact version is amazing to throw in your bag.
2. Kérastase Elixir Ultime Masque - Using this once a week has transformed the look of my hair from the familiar dullness of colour damage to the luscious, glowing mane it should be.
3. John Freida Frizz Ease Miraculous Recovery Serum - Frizz is a nightmare to deal with, but this makes it easier to tame those little rascals. Your hair will look more polished in the end. One added bonus is that it also contains a thermal protectant.
4. Argan oil - A tiny amount of this can nourish weak hair and make it a lot more manageable. Other beneficial oils you could experiment with include coconut, olive and almond.
Other haircare tips:
◎ Give your hair a shot of cold water at the end of a wash to close the cuticles and maintain shine as well as fight the frizz.
◎ Do not wash your hair too frequently. It’s difficult, but extremely beneficial to let your natural oils do their thing as often as possible.
◎ Watch out for split ends! Once you get them, you cannot undo the damage. Products may claim to, but it’s only a temporary fix, therefore get a trim to really save yourself.
◎ Condition the ends only.
◎ Always use a heat protectant.
◎ Use the cold setting on the hairdryer instead, or even better, let your hair naturally dry.
