 Don’t leave the colouring books in your childhood; many people find that bringing pictures to life through colour helps to relieve tension, and pass the time. Adult colouring books are growing in popularity, with a range of intricate designs to choose from. 

It’s just another form of journaling; the colours you choose, the pressure you use, the image you flip to, all reflect your current emotional state, or what you want to feel at the given moment. When you are particularly stressed or upset, bringing yourself to focus on something other than the weights on your shoulders is what you could be in need of.
