Watermelon – protects your heart, muscles and the blood vessels

Kiwi – contains lots of vitamin C and the small nuclei contain alpha-linolenic acid, which helps to protect you against heart diseases

Onions - reduces the risk of gastric cancer (was I the only one who had no idea of this?)

Corn - high in fiber, protein, magnesium, iron, potassium, antioxidants and essential fat acids

Grapefruit – this fruit also contains lots of vitamin C which strengthens the immune system, skin, bones, teeth and blood vessels

Pineapples - contains beneficial dietary fiber and helps with the digestion
