workout late

The thing to work out late is really my thing. My power is at its best then! Me and my friend always did when we lived in the same town. Earliest seven o'clock. Then when you have charged the batteries since school etc you know, take it easy for a while in front of the computer and let the dinner digest. And then it's so very nice to just come home, throw the food in the stomach and take a nice shower before bed. Nowadays, not training not as many in the evening - but I must admit that it's that time of day I choose to work out any time. A back pass after two-hour lesson on Komvux and I have landed more than satisfied at home!
