I have decided to make a workour & Healthy plan. my goal is to lose 16 kg, right now my weight is 56 kg. I will write a little update from time to time how much I have lost and how much I weigh then. I will post 2-4 times each week about diffrent recipe and tranings things. Just everything that some has to do with healthy things and workout to do. Hope you will like it. The frist post will come up tomorrow
